We're experts in generator hire with options from a 17.5kVA to a 500kVA output, with a focus on the core 20kVA to 250kVA range.

With the UK's most modern fleet of digitally controlled generators for hire nationwide, we can get you powered up whenever you need it.

The range includes road towable power generators or we deliver and position the larger generators exactly where you need them on site.

Power supply is either through a hard wire cable facility to a Hewden free standing distribution unit or through the standard range of 'plug –in' sockets including 230 volt 3pin and 400 volt 5 pin options and various current ratings.

Electronic and mechanical shut down protection and exhaust spark arrestors are standard and all units are designed for low noise operation, essential in residential areas or outdoor events and festivals.

For continuous power supply, Hewden can also provide facilities to monitor the first power supply and automatically start a back up generator in seconds.

All Hewden generators are powered by super reliable CAT diesel engines, with internal fuel tanks fully bunded. On average, internal fuel tanks last 24 hours so you can also hire an external fuel bowser or fuel tank from Hewden with up to 2200 litre capacity.

In addition, Hewden offers a fuel management service where we monitor the diesel level and make sure it never runs out.
