Bespoke Training

Hewden Training can provide a full bespoke service to meet all your training and development needs.

Our specialist training team have the knowledge and skills to provide support and guidance when implementing your training plan. From arranging trainers on your site, to preparing our sites for practical training, you will have one point of contact who will organise every course that you require.

Bespoke Training packages are available, where we will take your requirements and the content you need to be included, and create a tailor made course for your teams. These could include Plant Appreciation, Health and Safety Awareness, Management Techniques, Train the Trainer and company Induction Training.

All training that your employees successfully complete will be awarded a card and certificate to recognise that they have passed the training and are able to perform certain duties. These can be Hewden recognised or accredited by a relevant awarding body.

The training packages that Hewden offer are unique to your company, so although a certain training course may not be in our brochure, this does not mean we cannot provide it for you. In fact, if Hewden Training work with you to create a specialised course this will benefit your employees as they will receive a more tailored training service which will reflect in the work they do for you.

We can manage all of your individual employee training records and keep you updated on progress that they make. If you need to set triggers on certain training levels or only issue cards and certificates after a given time period, your account administrator will manage this for you.

A Training Needs Analysis by Hewden’s Training Manager can be conducted to determine specific and specialist training that you may require.
