We operate a well-structured Graduate Scheme offering you the opportunity to experience a number of different areas of our business in order to develop your skills and knowledge effectively.

Our Graduate Scheme offers rotations in different departments and functions in order to provide you with a range of experience and knowledge. Consequently at the end of the Scheme you will have an excellent grounding in your chosen field.

We have opportunities for Graduates in various disciplines, including Engineering; Finance; Sales & Marketing; Supply Chain; Purchasing and HR.

There is no specific 'type' of candidate we look for - everyone has something unique to offer Hewden and we value individuals. In order to apply you must have achieved or be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant degree discipline.
