Over the previous 18 months Trudi successfully changed roles from a BDM to Area Sales Manager responsible for the South, then becoming the Operation / Sales Manager for the whole of the West. Each time Trudi has been promoted she has raised her game and fully engaged with her new role, she has a talent for bringing out the best within her direct line reports, sometimes enabling then to work up to and in excess of their own capabilities.

Trudi is a strong team leader and encourages those members of her team to have the same desire to succeed that she has.
