Hewden creates a ring fenced on site hire facility that acts as mission control for the provision of both core and none core products. Hewden creates a shutdown village where an array of accommodation unit configurations are positioned to provide, office, mess, storage and welfare facilities whilst the shutdown is underway. The demands of each shutdown differ but Hewden is on hand to manage and execute the heavy lifting requirements, provide intrinsically safe lighting and 2-way radios in addition to materials handling and powered access units to enable the safe movement of material around large and complex areas. During planned maintenance periods Hewden has an extensive Tool Hire offer that provides contractors with a range of portable drilling and cutting machines in addition to pumps, generators, tower scaffold in addition to lift and shift devices.

Hewden become part of the project and as such can manage the availability and reliability of equipment 24 hours a day 7 days a week right up until the deconstruct of the cabins and the handover to the client.
