Terms & Conditions

1. 1.
   Your relationship with Hewden Stuart Limited ("Hewden")
   1. 1.1
      These terms and conditions set out the legally binding terms between Hewden and you in relation to the Hewden Fit Prize Draw September 2011' ("the prize draw").
   2. 1.2
      It is a condition of entry that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to abide by such terms and conditions.
   3. 1.3
      Hewden may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The most up to date version will be available from www.hewden.co.uk. You should check the terms regularly and those terms and conditions prevailing at the time of entry will apply.
   4. 1.4
      Any personal information that you provide to Hewden will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.
2. 2.
   Prize draw rules
   1. 2.1
      The prize draw is organised by Hewden of Trafford House, Chester Road, Manchester, M32 0RL.
   2. 2.2
      Hewden reserves the right to amend the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
   3. 2.3
      In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, notice, conduct and result the decision of Hewden shall be final and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Hewden reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
   4. 2.4
      Only one entry per customer will be permitted. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. This prize draw is not open to participants in Northern Ireland.
   5. 2.5
      The winners will be chosen at random after 9am on Monday, 5th December 2011.
   6. 2.6
      Employees of Hewden or any company involved in the prize draw, or any advertising agency or web company connected with Hewden, are not eligible to enter. Hewden reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
   7. 2.7
      There will be 1 winner, who will receive an Xbox 360, Kinect.
   8. 2.8
      The winners will be announced on the Hewden website after 9am on Tuesday, 6th December 2011.
   9. 2.9
      The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Hewden reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
   10. 2.10
       Hewden cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize. Hewden cannot accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries.
   11. 2.11
       The winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Hewden reserves the right to use the name and address of the winner, their photograph and audio and/visual recordings of them in any publicity.
3. 3.
   General legal terms
   1. 3.1
      These terms, together with our website terms of use and privacy policy, constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Hewden in relation to your entry to the prize draw.
   2. 3.2
      Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Hewden’s liability for losses which may not be excluded or limited by applicable law. Subject to this, Hewden shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you in relation to your entry to the prize draw, including indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, loss of goodwill or business reputation, or loss of data suffered by you.
   3. 3.3
      You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which Hewden is a part may directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of these terms. Other than this, no other person or company may benefit from these terms.
   4. 3.4
      These terms, shall be governed by English law. Hewden and you agree to submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.
