- Employers Liability & Public Liability certificates
- Photo ID (copy of passport or drivers licence):
- 2 x Utility bills for the address within the last 3 months

| | | As you are a Partnership we will require the following documentation from you: - Hired in Plant Insurance (min £50,000) *²
- Employers Liability & Public Liability certificates
- Photo ID of all partners (copy of passport, drivers license)
- 2 x Utility bills for all partners for the home address within the last 3 months

| | | As you are a Registered Company we will require the following documentation from you: - Hired in Plant Insurance (min £50,000) *²
- Employers Liability & Public Liability certificates
- Company letterhead showing company registered number
