As you are a Sole Trader we will require the following documentation from you:

• Hired in Plant Insurance (min £50,000) *²
• Employers Liability & Public Liability certificates
• Photo ID (copy of passport or drivers licence):
• 2 x Utility bills for the address within the last 3 months

As you are a Partnership we will require the following documentation from you:

• Hired in Plant Insurance (min £50,000) *²
• Employers Liability & Public Liability certificates
• Photo ID of all partners (copy of passport, drivers license)
• 2 x Utility bills for all partners for the home address within the last 3 months

As you are a Registered Company we will require the following documentation from you:

• Hired in Plant Insurance (min £50,000) *²
• Employers Liability & Public Liability certificates
• Company letterhead showing company registered number
